Paul Snyder's Barbecue

This is a good basic sweet and sour barbecue sauce. I like some chili powder (1 or 2 Tbsp / lb)in this (I use some that is not hot). I also use a lot of black pepper and white pepper to provide a peppery background. A tablespoon of paprika might also be pleasant. Try this with a half mustard and half balsamic vinegar mix substituted for the mustard then combine with a medium diced onion and puree together all items except the meat. I substitute a combination of beef-pork-veal and ground turkey for the meat. - kdf

Saute chopped onions in 3 tbsp oil

Brown meat

Combine the rest of the ingredients and add to onions and meat.
