Melt butter and sauté onion in dutch oven over 10 coals.

Add ham and potatoes.

Add milk and minute tapioca.

Add pepper and seasoned salt.

Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs over top.

Place lid on dutch oven and add 20 coals to top.

Cook for 20 - 30 minutes
